Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to manage and operate our pizza oven section. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in grilling techniques and pizza preparation, focusing on high-quality ingredients and consistent execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas using traditional and modern techniques in a wood-fired, gas, or electric pizza oven.
Grill a variety of proteins and vegetables to specification.
Assist in dough preparation, topping setup, and oven management.
Ensure food is presented and served according to restaurant standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the pizza oven.
Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to the Sous Chef.
