• Support the Group IT Manager to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and operations.

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Work with Remote Desktop to support different locations and troubleshoot IT issues.

• Troubleshoot network, systems, and applications to identify and resolve malfunctions.

• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, minimizing employee downtime.
