Dispatch Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is supervising the day to day operations of the dispatch department by efficiently communicating to the drivers in regard with the each and every dispatch.
• Responsible for all of the dispatching the load on time, with the appropriate paperwork complete for each load.
• Coordinate with the sales department, receives work order/sheet containing the product quantity and schedule for dispatch to the customer end.
• Arranges for the concrete pump to be sent to the work site and gets details from the schedule coordinator in regard with the customer name, location, contact no. quantity, mix design & delivery time etc.,
• Coordinate with production department for the immediate availability of the material for dispatch with proper documentation.
• Maintains various reports including on call updates, daily completion sheets, delay work order compliance reports, trouble call reports, work force capacity reporting, etc. with the approval from the manager.
• Coordinate with the transport supervisor and ensure for the insurance, passing and registration copies are maintained in the vehicle that is sent for dispatching of the material.
• Ensure that the material delivered to the customer end is encompassed with proper tag containing the purchase order number, batch number, and quantity of the material with QC approval.
• Responsible for meeting the monthly KPI and come out with the action plan in case of failure and report it to the manager.
• Developing customer relationships by performing on time delivery, required quality & quantity of finished products and ensuring all site and customer objectives are achieved and maintain a record of the same.
• Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• المسؤولية الرئيسية هي الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم الإرسال من خلال التواصل بكفاءة مع السائقين فيما يتعلق بكل إرسال.
• المسؤول عن إرسال جميع الحمولة في الوقت المحدد، مع استكمال المستندات المناسبة لكل حمولة.
• التنسيق مع قسم المبيعات، وتلقي أمر العمل/الورقة التي تحتوي على كمية المنتج وجدول الشحن إلى نهاية العميل.
• يقوم بترتيب إرسال مضخة الخرسانة إلى موقع العمل ويحصل على تفاصيل من منسق الجدول الزمني فيما يتعلق باسم العميل والموقع ورقم الاتصال والكمية وتصميم الخليط ووقت التسليم وما إلى ذلك.
• التنسيق مع قسم الإنتاج لضمان توفر المواد على الفور للشحن مع الوثائق المناسبة.
• صيانة التقارير المختلفة بما في ذلك تحديثات المكالمات، وأوراق الإكمال اليومية، وتقارير الامتثال لأوامر العمل المتأخرة، وتقارير مكالمات المشاكل، وإعداد تقارير سعة القوى العاملة، وما إلى ذلك بموافقة من المدير.
• التنسيق مع مشرف النقل والتأكد من الاحتفاظ بنسخ التأمين والتمرير والتسجيل في السيارة المرسلة لتوزيع المواد.

• حل وإدارة الاستفسارات والشكاوى بلطف وكفاءة.
