About the Role
We are seeking a Site Engineer with expertise in fit-out projects, BOQ preparation, and supplier management. The role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining smooth collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Site Supervision and Execution: Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- BOQ Preparation and Cost Management: Prepare Bills of Quantities and manage project budgets efficiently
- Supplier and Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement
- Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with contractors, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects with proven BOQ and supplier management expertise
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
- Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit-out processes
- Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

المسؤوليات
- الإشراف على الموقع وتنفيذه: الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للموقع والتأكد من إكمال المشاريع في الموعد المحدد
- إعداد فواتير الكميات وإدارة التكاليف: إعداد فواتير الكميات وإدارة ميزانيات المشروع بكفاءة
- إدارة الموردين والبائعين: الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين والبائعين لضمان الشراء في الوقت المناسب
- التنسيق والتعاون: العمل بشكل وثيق مع المقاولين والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مشاريع التجهيز مع خبرة مثبتة في جداول الكميات وإدارة الموردين
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج AutoCAD و MS Office وأدوات إدارة المشاريع
- فهم قوي لمواد البناء والتقنيات وعمليات التجهيز
- المعرفة بالعقود وعمليات الشراء والميزانية
- مهارات تحليلية قوية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل
