🇬🇧 Key Responsibilities

Ensure the store and staff meet KPIs and standard operating procedures to maintain company standards and achieve targets.

Support revenue maximization, drive sales, and increase sell-through to meet monthly, seasonal, and annual goals.

Assist Assistant Manager (AM) in controlling stock losses and reducing controllable expenses.

Monitor daily sales performance and KPIs.

Plan daily tasks with the team to achieve targets.

Manage stock effectively and implement loss prevention measures.

Adhere to financial procedures including deposits, daily banking, and cash handover.

Assist AM in managing, developing, and leading store staff to maintain a motivated and knowledgeable workforce.

Deliver regular training on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, KPIs, and policies.

Identify, train, and develop team members for succession into managerial roles.

Handle HR-related tasks such as appraisals, disciplinary investigations, and issuing warnings with AM and HR.
