• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Assist customers in finding products, styling suggestions, and purchase decisions
• Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/point-of-sale systems
• Contribute to store sales targets through proactive engagement with customers
• Uphold Max’s brand values of style, value, and convenience

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for retail and fashion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

متطلبات

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاعل الشخصي
• عقلية موجهة نحو العملاء مع شغف بالتجزئة والأزياء
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى كجزء من فريق
• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مجال التجزئة أو المبيعات، ولكنها ليست إلزامية
• المرونة في العمل في نوبات العمل، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع، والعطلات الرسمية حسب الحاجة
