الوصف الوظيفي:
تبحث الشركة عن رئيس قطري لجمع رؤوس الأموال والشراكات (Country Head of Capital Raising & Partnerships)، ليقود جميع جوانب التوسع في البحرين. هذه ليست وظيفة تقليدية، بل شراكة حقيقية بدون راتب أساسي أو بدل ثابت، وإنما عبر تقاسم الإيرادات (رسوم الإدارة + رسوم الأداء) الناتجة عن السوق الخاص بك. سيكون لديك ملكية كاملة للإقليم كالشريك الحصري.

المهام:

• التعاون مع الموزعين والوكلاء المرخّصين للوصول إلى شبكاتهم الاستثمارية.

• بناء شراكات مع منصات الوساطة لتعزيز الوصول إلى المستثمرين والعمل مع مديري الثروات العاملين عليها.

• الاستفادة من شبكة علاقاتك مع الأفراد ذوي الملاءة المالية العالية، المكاتب العائلية، وصناديق الاستثمار لجمع رؤوس الأموال لصالح صناديق التحوط الخاصة بنا.

المتطلبات:

• سجل مثبت في مجال جمع رؤوس الأموال، التعريف بالاستثمارات، أو توزيع الاستثمارات.

• شبكة قوية قائمة بالفعل من المستثمرين والمؤسسات المالية.

• خبرة في العمل مع منصات الوساطة أو الموزعين المرخّصين.

• شخصية ريادية مستقلة، معتادة على تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة والعمل على مستوى إداري رفيع.

About the Company:
Wealthrone Capital is expanding its hedge fund operations in Bahrain, focusing on strategic partnerships and investor acquisition. The company works with HNWIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutions to strengthen its regional presence.

Role Description:
We are seeking a Country Head of Capital Raising & Partnerships to lead our expansion in Bahrain. This is not a traditional job – it’s a true partnership with no base salary or retainer. Instead, you will be the exclusive country partner, fully owning the territory and earning a share of all revenues (management fees + performance fees) generated in your market.

Your Mission:

• Partner with licensed distributors/placement agents to access their investor networks.

• Establish collaborations with brokerage platforms and wealth managers.

• Leverage your network of HNWIs, family offices, funds of funds, and institutions to raise capital for our hedge funds.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in fundraising, capital introduction, or investment distribution.

• Strong existing network of investors and financial institutions.

• Experience with brokerage platforms and/or licensed distributors.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently at a senior level.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ جدول الصيانة الوقائية المخطط لها (PPM) وضمان إتمام الصيانة الوقائية بشكل كامل وفي الوقت المناسب.

• الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.

• المساهمة في عمليات تحديث المعدات وإعادة تأهيلها في مواقع العملاء.

• دعم فريق المشاريع في عمليات التنفيذ وخدمات ما بعد البيع.

• المساعدة في أعمال التدقيق الفني والتأكد من مطابقة المعايير التشغيلية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة عملية في مجال الأتمتة والصيانة الصناعية.

• معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التحكم الصناعي وعمليات الصيانة.

• مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والالتزام بالعمل ضمن فريق.

• القدرة على الالتزام بالمعايير البيئية والجودة والسلامة.
