الوصف الوظيفي:

• تقديم تدريبات شخصية لعملاء VIP، بالإضافة إلى التدريب الجماعي والوظيفي والكروس فت.

• امتلاك معرفة قوية بالتشريح، تقنيات التمارين، الإطالات، الملاكمة الأساسية، ركوب الدراجات (Spinning)، التغذية، والوقاية من الإصابات.

• متابعة تقدم العملاء وتقديم التشجيع والتعديلات اللازمة على البرامج التدريبية.

• مراقبة نظافة النادي الرياضي وضمان الالتزام بمعايير النظافة والصحة.

• أن يكون المرشح حاصلًا على شهادة CPR والإسعافات الأولية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة دبلوم مهني/دورات قصيرة أو مجال مشابه.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في التدريب الرياضي.

• يفضل أن يكون المرشح حاصلًا على دبلوم أكاديمي.

Job Description:

• Provide VIP personal training, group training, functional training, and CrossFit sessions.

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise techniques, stretching, basic boxing, spinning, nutrition, and injury prevention.

• Monitor client progress, offering encouragement and making adjustments to training programs as needed.

• Ensure gym cleanliness and proper hygiene standards.

• Must be CPR and First Aid Certified.

Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate holder or similar field.

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in fitness training.

• Diploma preferred.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
