يعمل MUHARAQ YOUTH CENTER على توفير بيئة آمنة وممتعة للشباب والرياضة والأنشطة المائية في المحرق، البحرين، مع التركيز على سلامة جميع المشاركين في الأنشطة.

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن حارسة سباحة مؤهلة (Female Lifeguard) للانضمام إلى فريقنا، لضمان سلامة المسبح والمستفيدين خلال ساعات العمل.

المتطلبات:

• رخصة Lifeguard صالحة من Royal Life Saving Bahrain.

• مهارات تواصل وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين بشكل فعال.

• لياقة بدنية وانتباه عالي.

• القدرة على الاستجابة السريعة والفعالة في حالات الطوارئ.

المسؤوليات:

• مراقبة المسبح والمناطق المحيطة لضمان سلامة جميع السباحين.

• تطبيق قواعد السلامة وأنظمة المسبح.

• تقديم الإسعافات الأولية أو CPR عند الحاجة.

• الحفاظ على بيئة مسبح آمنة ونظيفة.

About the Center:
MUHARAQ YOUTH CENTER provides a safe and engaging environment for youth, sports, and aquatic activities in Al-Muḥarraq, Bahrain, focusing on the safety of all participants.

Role Description:
We are looking for a qualified Female Lifeguard to join our team, ensuring the safety of the pool and its users during operating hours.

Requirements:

• Valid Lifeguard License from Royal Life Saving Bahrain.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and alert.

• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers.

• Enforce pool safety rules and regulations.

• Provide first aid or CPR in case of emergency.

• Maintain a safe and clean pool environment.

مطلوب: Quantity Surveyor (MEP Fidic Expertise)

الخبرة المطلوبة: 5 – 10 سنوات
المؤهل العلمي: بكالوريوس تكنولوجيا/هندسة مدنية أو ما يعادلها

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة جميع الجوانب التعاقدية والمالية لمشاريع MEP.

• إعداد تقديرات التكاليف والميزانيات ومستندات المناقصات.

• تقييم والتفاوض على عروض المقاولين الفرعيين.

• متابعة تكاليف المشاريع وإعداد تقارير مالية دورية.

• معالجة المطالبات المالية، التغييرات، والحسابات النهائية.

• ضمان الالتزام بشروط العقود، خاصة عقود FIDIC.

• المساعدة في إعداد المطالبات التعاقدية وحل النزاعات.

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والعملاء لضمان الكفاءة التجارية.

• زيارة مواقع المشاريع للتحقق من تقدم الأعمال لأغراض التقييم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• بكالوريوس في مسح الكميات، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مسح الكميات ضمن مشاريع MEP.

• معرفة قوية بشروط عقود FIDIC (Red, Yellow, Silver Book مفضل).

• خبرة مثبتة في مراقبة التكاليف وإدارة العقود والمطالبات.

• إتقان MS Excel، AutoCAD، وبرامج مسح الكميات (مثل Candy، CostX) ميزة إضافية.

• مهارات تواصل، تفاوض، وتحليل قوية.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في الوقت ذاته.

Position: Quantity Surveyor (MEP Fidic Expertise)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all contractual and financial aspects of MEP projects.

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.

• Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports.

• Assess and process progress claims, variations, and final accounts.

• Ensure compliance with contract terms, particularly FIDIC.

• Assist in contractual claims preparation and dispute resolution.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial efficiency.

• Conduct site visits and verify the physical progress of works for valuation purposes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the MEP sector.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions (Red, Yellow, or Silver Book preferred).

• Proven experience in cost control, contract administration, and claims.

• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (Candy, CostX) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
