About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Engineer with hands-on expertise in SCM-brand woodworking machines or similar. This is your chance to join a forward-thinking company where your technical skills will directly impact operations and customer satisfaction across Bahrain.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test high-end woodworking machines
- Conduct customer training for new equipment
- Handle on-site service and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) tasks
- Diagnose and repair equipment by identifying root causes of failure
- Perform regular and periodic maintenance and inspections
- Install, configure, and maintain machinery according to specifications and standards
- Document technical procedures and create troubleshooting guides
- Visit customer sites to resolve complaints and technical inquiries
- Introduce and present products, mockups, and material samples to customers
- Manage and prepare custom design requests as needed

- Proven hands-on experience with SCM-brand woodworking machinery (or equivalent)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and on customer sites
- Knowledge of equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance

: نبحث عن مهندس خدمة موهوب وذو خبرة عملية في آلات النجارة من ماركة SCM أو ما شابهها. هذه فرصتك للانضمام إلى شركة رائدة، حيث ستؤثر مهاراتك الفنية بشكل مباشر على العمليات ورضا العملاء في جميع أنحاء البحرين.
المسؤوليات
- تركيب وتشغيل واختبار آلات النجارة عالية الجودة
- إجراء تدريب للعملاء على المعدات الجديدة
- التعامل مع مهام الخدمة في الموقع وعقد الصيانة السنوية (AMC)
- تشخيص وإصلاح المعدات من خلال تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للفشل
- إجراء عمليات الصيانة والفحص الدورية والمنتظمة
- تركيب وتكوين وصيانة الآلات وفقًا للمواصفات والمعايير
- توثيق الإجراءات الفنية وإنشاء أدلة استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها
- قم بزيارة مواقع العملاء لحل الشكاوى والاستفسارات الفنية
- تقديم وعرض المنتجات والنماذج وعينات المواد للعملاء
- إدارة وإعداد طلبات التصميم المخصصة حسب الحاجة
