We have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager in Bahrain to drive growth and build impactful relationships in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals and financial targets

• Prepare business development plans, budgets, and account management strategies for the region

• Monitor revenue, profit, expenses, and customer growth and retention rates

• Initiate new business development activities to maximize DHL’s presence among prospects

• Lead sales teams in establishing relationships with potential clients

• Conduct market and feasibility studies to evaluate opportunities

• Explore partnerships with government and other relevant entities

• Negotiate contracts and secure new customers

• Collaborate with peers to address sales challenges and gather market feedback

• Continuously improve business development practices and resolve complex challenges

• Manage, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet goals

What We Need from You

• Bachelor’s degree

• Over 6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding

• التفاوض على العقود وتأمين عملاء جدد

• التعاون مع الزملاء لحل تحديات المبيعات وجمع الملاحظات السوقية

• تحسين طرق تطوير الأعمال وحل المشكلات المعقدة

• إدارة وتحفيز وتدريب فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• درجة البكالوريوس

• خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويفضل في مجال اللوجستيات أو الشحن

Store Manager – Bahrain

About the Role

We’re hiring a talented and experienced Store Manager to join our retail operations in Bahrain. You’ll lead a dynamic store team, drive business performance, elevate customer experience, and ensure alignment with brand and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and optimize store KPIs (Average Transaction Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion Rate)

• Manage daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and team development

• Ensure stock accuracy, loss prevention, and timely stock replenishment

• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation in coordination with the VM team

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service

• Maintain operational compliance, audit readiness, and manage cash handling

• Collaborate with logistics, HR, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Commercially driven with a good understanding of retail performance metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Proficient in MS Office and POS systems

• Willing to relocate to Bahrain

مدير متجر – البحرين

عن الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن مدير متجر موهوب وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى عملياتنا التجارية في البحرين. ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق المتجر الديناميكي، دفع أداء الأعمال، رفع مستوى تجربة العملاء، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير العلامة التجارية والتشغيل.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتحسين مؤشرات أداء المتجر (متوسط قيمة المعاملة، عدد الوحدات لكل معاملة، معدل التحويل)

• إدارة العمليات اليومية للمتجر بما في ذلك التوظيف، الجدولة، وتطوير الفريق

• ضمان دقة المخزون، منع الخسائر، وتجديد المخزون في الوقت المناسب

• الإشراف على العرض البصري وتنسيق مظهر المتجر بالتعاون مع فريق العرض البصري

• القيادة بالمثال في تقديم خدمة عملاء متميزة

• الحفاظ على الامتثال التشغيلي والاستعداد للتدقيق وإدارة النقد

• التعاون مع فرق اللوجستيات، الموارد البشرية، المالية، والمنتجات لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة

المؤهلات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمدير متجر في مجال تجارة الملابس

• مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على تطوير الفريق

• توجه تجاري وفهم جيد لمؤشرات أداء تجارة التجزئة

• شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة

• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية

• إتقان برامج MS Office وأنظمة نقاط البيع

• الاستعداد للانتقال إلى البحرين
