⚙️ المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
-
تنفيذ مجموعة من المهام تشمل: التثبيت، الصيانة، التحديث، الدعم عن بُعد، وإدارة التكوينات.

الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة (CASREP) لضمان جاهزية الأجهزة (خوادم، شبكات، محطات عمل، تخزين، وغيرها).

إجراء تحليلات الأسباب الجذرية عند حدوث مشاكل، وتقديم توصيات بتعديلات دائمة.

التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة الميدانية، أطقم السفن، والمقاولين لتكامل الأنظمة وحل المشكلات.

تقديم الإرشادات للعملاء حول أفضل الممارسات لصيانة الشبكات على متن السفن.

🏢 About the Role
Our team has an exciting opening in Bahrain for a Journeyman Technician to support the sustainment and modernization of critical Navy shipboard tactical networks.

And other SPAWAR-fielded tactical systems
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
-
Perform system installation, upgrades, sustainment, remote support, config management, and emergent CASREP support for servers, storage, workstations, networking devices, and peripherals.
-
Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and recommend permanent design/config changes.
-
Coordinate with the technician dispatcher team, shipboard crews, external contractors/vendors for troubleshooting and integration tasks.
-
Guide users in best practices for maintaining shipboard network infrastructure.
-
Operate in a high-energy, fast-paced environment in close coordination with government and civilian management teams.
