الوصف الوظيفي:
يتحمل مفتش الجودة مسؤولية مراقبة التوافق مع المواصفات والرسومات الأكواد والمعايير وإجراءات المشروع لجميع أنشطة التصنيع والتركيب والاختبار حتى مرحلة الاكتمال الميكانيكي. يشرف على فرق التفتيش الفرعية ويوصي بطرق تحسين الجودة العامة ومعالجة المشاكل المحتملة.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. حضور عمليات التفتيش والاختبارات وفق خطط الفحص والاختبار المعتمدة (ITPs).

2. التأكد من اتباع إجراءات التركيب والاختبار المُعتمدة.

3. تنسيق جميع عمليات التفتيش بالموقع مع المقاولين الفرعيين.

4. توقع متطلبات التفتيش لكل عنصر محدد بالتعاون مع قائد التخصص.

5. مراجعة تقارير التفتيش والتأكد من دقة الوثائق المرفقة.

6. إعداد تقارير عدم المطابقة ومساعدة الإدارة في إجراءات التصحيح.

7. التواصل مع مهندسي الموقع والمقاولين الفرعيين لحل أي مشكلات فنية أو تفسير رسومات.

8. مراجعة إجراءات العمل وبيانات الطرق لضمان مطابقتها لممارسات العمل الجيدة ومتطلبات العقد.

Job Description:
