Job Description:
Repair of Heavy Duty Trucks like Mercedes, MAN, Hino, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Renault, Scania, etc. Have complete knowledge of repairs like engine, gear-box, transmission and differentials, drive lines, pneumatic, and brake system. Handling basic electrical/electronic will be mandatory. Major European and Japanese brands
Also well conversant with Hydraulic equipment, forklift, plants, and utilities
Knowledge to read parts and workshop manuals, order spares, ensure take correct decision with spare parts selection, ensure the choice of replacement/repair of spare parts, cost control, etc.
Able to coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Foreman, and Storekeeper for all related issues.
Ensure proper dismantling and assembling of components as per the correct technical specifications.
Handle breakdowns, maintenance, and passing works with proper decorum.
Must have the ability to complete work on time and precisely. Handle subordinates and train them.
Ensure proper house-keeping, discipline, cleanliness, and decorum of the workshop as per the set guidelines.
Ensure less dependency on outside garages and dealers, and finally ensure that most of the works are carried out in-house, except otherwise required.
Knowledge of the usage of scanners and diagnostic tools, mechanical tools, and equipment would be preferable.
Have good knowledge of vehicle inspection and follow the checklist. Basic writing and communication ability in English.
Should be a team leader and not depend on superiors for all decisions. Basic capacity to maintain reports will be an added advantage.
Finally, able to work as per the company policy and requirements.
Desired Profile:
Should be a Diploma Holder or ITI Trade Certificate.
Should have experience in the Relevant field, minimum 5 Years
Should be able to work under pressure and respond to emergencies as and when required.

الوصف الوظيفي:
إصلاح الشاحنات الثقيلة مثل مرسيدس، مان، هينو، نيسان، ميتسوبيشي، رينو، سكانيا، وغيرها. معرفة كاملة بإصلاح المحرك، صندوق التروس، نظام النقل، التفاضلات، خطوط الدفع، الأنظمة الهوائية وأنظمة الفرامل. التعامل مع الكهرباء/الإلكترونيات الأساسية أمر ضروري. التعامل مع الماركات الأوروبية واليابانية الكبرى.
الإلمام بمعدات الهيدروليك، الرافعات الشوكية، الآلات والمرافق.
القدرة على قراءة الكتيبات وكتالوجات الورشة، طلب قطع الغيار، اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة بشأن اختيار قطع الغيار، السيطرة على التكاليف، وغيرها.
التنسيق مع مشرف الورشة، فورمان الورشة، وأمين المستودع في كل ما يتعلق بالأمور الفنية.
ضمان تفكيك وتجميع المكونات حسب المواصفات الفنية الصحيحة.
التعامل مع الأعطال، الصيانة، وأعمال المرور بمهنية عالية.
القدرة على إتمام العمل بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد، وتدريب وإدارة المرؤوسين.
المحافظة على النظافة والانضباط في الورشة وفقًا للإرشادات المحددة.
تقليل الاعتماد على الورش الخارجية والموزعين، وضمان تنفيذ معظم الأعمال داخليًا ما لم يكن هناك ضرورة.
معرفة استخدام أجهزة التشخيص، الأدوات الميكانيكية، والمعدات (ميزة إضافية).
معرفة جيدة بفحص المركبات واتباع قوائم الفحص، مع مهارات كتابة واتصال أساسية باللغة الإنجليزية.
يجب أن يكون قائد فريق قادر على اتخاذ القرارات بنفسه، مع القدرة على إعداد التقارير (ميزة إضافية).
الالتزام بسياسات ومتطلبات الشركة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
حاصل على دبلوم أو شهادة ITI في المجال.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال ذي الصلة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والاستجابة للطوارئ عند الحاجة.
