Create and constantly improve excellence in product availability. Use retail expertise to achieve agreed availability goals. Synchronize supply with commercial needs to deliver the best possible customer availability at the lowest total cost.
Secure effective ordering and replenishment conditions in stores.
Accountabilities:

Support the country and store commercial teams with planning and execution of global and country activities by providing availability information, delivery planning, and goal follow-up to ensure commitments are fulfilled.

Safeguard availability by monitoring replenishment parameters for new, running, and discontinued products; support selling units with coaching and education.

Monitor shortages, coach selling units on routines, support order creation, and collaborate with supply partners to improve replenishment.

Support selling units with stock build-up before peak sales and assess supply constraints to ensure full customer availability.

Ensure timely and efficient replenishment for new or rebuilding stores in cooperation with supply chain partners.

Support retail logistics capacity and flow planners in analyzing and implementing optimal replenishment solutions for high-volume articles.

Manage distribution of remaining stock of discontinued products considering commercial and logistical implications.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or higher in a related field.

المسؤوليات:

دعم فرق العمل التجارية في الدولة والمتاجر في تخطيط وتنفيذ الأنشطة العالمية والوطنية من خلال توفير معلومات التوفر، تخطيط التسليم، ومتابعة الأهداف لضمان الوفاء بالالتزامات.

الحفاظ على التوفر من خلال مراقبة معايير التجديد للمنتجات الجديدة، الجارية والموقوفة، ودعم وحدات البيع بالتدريب والتعليم.

مراقبة النقص، تدريب وحدات البيع على إجراءات العمل، دعم إنشاء الطلبات، والتعاون مع شركاء التوريد لتحسين عمليات التجديد.

دعم وحدات البيع في بناء المخزون اللازم قبل فترات الذروة وتقييم قيود العرض لضمان التوفر الكامل للعملاء.

ضمان التجديد الفوري والفعال للمتاجر الجديدة أو التي تعاد بناؤها بالتعاون مع شركاء سلسلة التوريد.

دعم مخططين اللوجستيات بالتجزئة في تحليل وتنفيذ حلول تجديد مثالية للمنتجات عالية الحجم.

توزيع المخزون المتبقي من المنتجات الموقوفة مع مراعاة الآثار التجارية واللوجستية.

تجسيد قيم إيكيا ورعاية ثقافة قوية تلهم الزملاء لتحقيق إنجازات استثنائية.
المؤهلات والخبرة:

شهادة دبلوم أو أعلى في مجال ذي صلة.
