Warehouse Coordinator 

Job Description and Responsibilities

Ensure a daily work plan for the warehouse teams

Allocate manpower as per the warehouse operation requirements

Track and coordinate receipt, storage and timely delivery of the goods and materials

Sign for shipments upon receipt and verify correct material has been received

Conduct regular inspections and report to the supervisor to reduce unforeseen problems

Advocate adherence to agreed norms and procedures about HSE and ISO standards

Assist in resolving any issues related to delays, damages or inventory discrepancies

Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, deliveries and inventory

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.

Strong negotiation, communication and networking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل والتواصل.
