Senior Executive - Human Capital

Position Objective

This position is responsible for high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You will source candidates by conducting college visits, attending career fairs, network events, and leveraging social media. Additionally, ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees and assist with day-to-day Human Capital operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Recruit and headhunt for assigned brands.
Manage sourcing, selection, offers, negotiations, closing, and administrative tasks involved in the full recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct interviews via telephone, Skype, or face-to-face, and administer technical tests if required.
Achieve brand hiring targets and objectives.
Conduct background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
Collect documents for visa processing and coordinate with the visa coordinator.
Build and maintain relationships with the Brand Management Team to understand staffing needs.

Executive - Marketing

Job Description

Execute marketing campaigns and events across multiple channels including digital, print, and in-store in alignment with the brand’s year-long marketing calendar.

Scope of Work

The role requires extensive coordination with external agencies, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.

Cake Decorator

Position Objective

To work aligned with the company’s motto of fun, festive, and memorable experiences by entertaining customers while serving. Responsible for all aspects of cake decorating operations, from order initiation/receipt to ensuring timely customer pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

Decorate cakes according to customer specifications, adhering to design/theme standards and procedures.
Use icing bags or handmade paper cones to decorate cakes and pastries with intricate designs.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure uniformity and precision in decoration.
Have the stamina to stand for long periods during decoration tasks.
Possess good color vision to mix icings and create accurate designs.
Use specific decorating tools such as airbrush guns, modeling tools, and mixers.
Assemble and prepare soft serve and cakes (or ready-made cakes) for decoration using various techniques like icing, gel, edible images, lettering, and airbrushing.
Ensure all cake products meet Cold Stone’s high-quality standards.
