Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• For Project Manager: 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects

• For Project Engineer: 4–6 years of experience in project execution and coordination

• For Site Engineer: 2–4 years of site supervision experience

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Project Manager:

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects

• Manage budget, schedule, and resources

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Oversee quality and safety compliance

• Prepare reports and attend progress meetings

Project Engineer:

• Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams

• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion

• Review technical drawings and provide engineering support

• Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical risks

• Maintain project records and documentation

Site Engineer:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is as per drawings/specs

• Check materials and workmanship for compliance

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers

• Report site progress and issues to project team

Finance Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA is a plus)

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية

• لمدير المشروع: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء واسعة النطاق

• للمهندس المشروع: من 4 إلى 6 سنوات من الخبرة في تنفيذ وتنسيق المشاريع

• للمهندس الموقع: 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في الإشراف على الموقع

• الكفاءة في أدوات إدارة المشاريع (على سبيل المثال MS Project و Primavera)

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وحل المشكلات

المسؤوليات

مدير المشروع:
