We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality assurance for a busy furniture workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborating with the production team for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials (wood, fabric, hardware)

• Monitor production stages: cutting, assembly, finishing, upholstery

• Conduct final inspections of completed furniture

• Identify and report defects and ensure proper resolutions

• Maintain accurate quality records and reports

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

The role includes monitoring schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate communication between engineering and QS teams

• Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved

• Coordinate procurement schedules and deliveries

• Manage project documentation and updates

• Handle issue resolution and escalate when needed
