Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential corporate clients for long-term car leasing
Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships to drive lease conversions
Prepare and present tailored leasing proposals to prospective customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and grow the lease portfolio
Coordinate with operations and finance teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in car rental, automotive leasing, or fleet solutions)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Valid Bahrain driving license preferred
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Bachelor’s degree required
