Position Title: Financial Controller
Department: Support Services
Reporting to: Support Services Manager
Location: Bahrain
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: BD 1,000 – BD 1,500/month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead our finance operations. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, while contributing to strategic decision-making and ensuring overall financial health.
Key Duties:
-
Prepare and analyze financial statements
-
Develop and manage company budgets and forecasts
-
Oversee accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, payroll
-
Ensure tax compliance and manage audits
-
Maintain internal financial controls and risk mitigation
-
Manage and mentor accounting team
-
Support ALCO meetings and execute decisions on cash flow
-
Liaise with external auditors and regulators
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
-
Proven experience in financial leadership roles
-
Experience with risk management and cash flow
-
Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
Preferred:
-
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certifications
-
Experience in ALCO representation
-
Familiarity with ERP systems

المهام الرئيسية:

إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية

قيادة وتطوير فريق المحاسبة

دعم اجتماعات لجنة الأصول والخصوم (ALCO) وتنفيذ قرارات التدفق النقدي

المتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال مشابه
-
خبرة مثبتة في أدوار قيادية مالية
-
خبرة في إدارة المخاطر والتدفق النقدي
-
مهارات تحليلية وتواصل قوية مع القدرة على قيادة الفريق
يفضل:

شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CMA
-
خبرة في تمثيل ALCO
