Responsibilities
Read and interpret drawings to install tensile fabric and shade structures
Guide and instruct workers on proper installation techniques
Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and supervising teams
Evaluate and enforce safety standards on site to maintain a safe working environment
Oversee project supplies and material management
Direct all aspects of construction from start to finish, including task and material scheduling
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by managing daily operations like equipment maintenance and labor scheduling
Review blueprints and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop plans and schedules
Demonstrate experience in GCC construction projects, specifically tensile shades
