The DB2 Administrator will manage production and non-production DB2 LUW environments, ensuring database integrity, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support IBM DB2 (LUW) environments including HADR, TSA, Pacemaker, and DB2MON

• Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and proactive monitoring

• Manage AWS-hosted PostgreSQL databases, ensuring stability and best practices

• Document current DB configurations and performance parameters

• Implement backup, recovery, and failover procedures

• Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable and secure database environments

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in DB2 administration (including HADR & TSA)

• 2+ years of PostgreSQL hands-on experience

• Strong skills in query tuning, replication, and cloud integration

• Excellent documentation and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with security compliance and high-availability environments
