About the Job
EFI is a global leader in digital printing technology, serving industries from signage and packaging to ceramics and textiles. We're looking for a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our global HSE strategy and manage compliance across all locations.Key Responsibilities

Define and execute EFI’s global HSE strategy

Lead the global EHS team across multiple countries

Ensure legal compliance with environmental and occupational health laws

Drive continual improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance

Develop and disseminate HSE documentation and training

Create risk assessments, emergency plans, and audit processes

Oversee regulatory reporting and documentation updates

Conduct regular audits, incident investigations, and training coordination

Ensure ergonomic assessments and interface with relevant government bodies

Manage relationships with third-party HSE service providers

Monitor and report KPIs and compliance metrics

Support ESG initiatives related to health, safety, and environment
Job Requirements

Engineering degree; additional HSE/Ergonomics certifications are a plus
-
3–5 years of experience in global HSE roles, ideally in industrial or chemical sectors

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations in Spain, Italy, UK, Israel, Turkey, and the US
-
Fluent English (additional languages a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong cross-functional and multicultural communication skills
