Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a talented team of DevOps and MLOps engineers, guiding technical decisions to align with strategic delivery goals. Make complex, organization-wide technical decisions and define the strategic vision for the team. Build and scale DevOps and MLOps infrastructure with deep expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and container technologies. Design cutting-edge technical solutions that meet performance, reliability, and security standards. Establish standards and best practices across the service and development lifecycle. Mentor and develop team members to grow technical capabilities and leadership.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years managing teams of 10+ engineers

In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles and release/deployment tools

Expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and containerization

Proven ability to design scalable and secure cloud solutions

Experience setting standards across service lifecycles

Mentoring and team management experience preferred

Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish fluency is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale a global Business Development function focused on licensing and OEM partnerships. Define and execute strategies that leverage Bio-Techne’s enabling technologies to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Lead contract negotiations and secure strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to maximize pipeline and customer success. Build and mentor a high-performing global team while nurturing executive relationships with key customers.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Science required; MS/PhD preferred
-
15+ years in progressive business development roles, particularly in OEM or CRO/CDMO markets
-
10+ years of experience in life sciences and diagnostics tools

10+ years of leadership and people management experience

Experience scaling global business development functions preferred

Experience in APAC business development is a plus
