Project Manager – Construction & Facilities Management

About the Job

Oversee departmental duties to ensure operational efficiency by supervising end-to-end project activities, including reviewing specifications, managing work schedules, and conducting cost appraisals according to tender documents. Supervise contractors to meet organizational standards and improve internal processes through preventive maintenance schedules.

Main Duties

• Serve as the key contact for internal stakeholders to provide regular project status updates and reports.

• Plan project resources and coordinate operational requirements with various departments to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Initiate project processes post requirement receipt, ensuring proper budget allocation and utilization.

• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend selections to maximize budget efficiency.

• Liaise regularly with authorities to secure approvals, clarify requirements, and resolve queries.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety and security standards with regular monitoring and site visits.

• Coordinate timely execution of projects, scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and meeting milestones.

• Oversee maintenance and optimization of company facilities to support business operations effectively.

• Comply with company and airport authorities’ health, safety, and security requirements.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the construction industry.

Other Essential Skills:

• Proficient in CAD (2D and 3D) and related applications.

• Skilled in interior and fit-out design.

• Proficient in MS Windows and Office applications.

• PMP certification is an advantage.

• FIDIC certification required.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

الإشراف على مهام القسم لضمان كفاءة العمليات من خلال متابعة أنشطة المشاريع من البداية للنهاية، بما في ذلك مراجعة المواصفات، إدارة جداول العمل، وتقييم التكاليف حسب مستندات العطاءات. الإشراف على عمل المقاولين لضمان الالتزام بمعايير المؤسسة وتحسين العمليات الداخلية من خلال الالتزام بجدول الصيانة الوقائية.

المهام الرئيسية

• العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية مع مختلف الجهات داخل الشركة لتقديم تحديثات وتقارير دورية عن حالة المشاريع.

• تخطيط موارد المشاريع والتنسيق مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الشركة.

• بدء إجراءات المشاريع بعد استلام المتطلبات لضمان تخصيص الميزانية بشكل مناسب واستخدامها بكفاءة.

• إعداد مستندات العطاءات، تقييم العروض، وتقديم التوصيات لضمان الاستخدام الأمثل للميزانية.

• التواصل المستمر مع الجهات المختصة للحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة، توضيح الاستفسارات، وحل المشكلات لتجنب عدم الامتثال.

• ضمان تطبيق معايير السلامة والأمن من خلال المراقبة الدورية وزيارات المواقع لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة وتقليل المخاطر.

• تنسيق تنفيذ المشاريع في الوقت المحدد عبر جدولة المهام، تخصيص الموارد، وتحقيق المراحل الحرجة.

• الإشراف على صيانة وتحسين مرافق الشركة لضمان دعم البنية التحتية لعمليات الأعمال بفعالية.

• الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والأمن الخاصة بالشركة وسلطات المطار.

• أداء مهام أخرى مشابهة أو ذات صلة حسب توجيهات الإدارة.

المتطلبات الأساسية

المؤهل العلمي:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة.

الخبرة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع داخل قطاع البناء والتشييد.

المهارات الأساسية الأخرى:

• إجادة برامج CAD ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد والتطبيقات ذات الصلة.

• مهارة في التصميم الداخلي وتركيب التشطيبات.

• إجادة استخدام نظام التشغيل ويندوز وتطبيقات الأوفيس.

• شهادة PMP ميزة إضافية.

• شهادة FIDIC ضرورية.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً.
