المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إدارة عملية الرواتب بالكامل، وضمان صرف الرواتب بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.

• الإشراف على موظفي قسم الرواتب وتدريبهم لضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.

• مراجعة تقارير الرواتب ومعالجة أي فروقات أو مشكلات تظهر.

• ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح المحلية المتعلقة بالرواتب.

• التعاون مع قسم الموارد البشرية للحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين وتحديث بيانات الرواتب.

• تحسين إجراءات وأنظمة الرواتب لتحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية.

• إعداد وتقديم تقارير الرواتب للإدارة والجهات الرقابية عند الحاجة.

Job Description:

As a Payroll Lead, you will oversee the payroll function for our group of companies. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all payroll processes are completed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.

• Supervise and train payroll staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Review payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.

• Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.

• Implement and improve payroll procedures and systems for operational efficiency.
