About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team at Frankee Machine Coffee Shop in Bahrain. If you’re experienced in maintaining HVAC systems, chillers, and kitchen equipment, and you love keeping things running efficiently—this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, ventilation systems, chillers, and other equipment

• Clean, adjust, and inspect machines to ensure optimal operation

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for kitchen equipment and AC systems

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC to improve efficiency and longevity

• Respond to scheduled and emergency service requests

• Coordinate with restaurant in-charges for job orders and equipment transfers

• Maintain accurate maintenance records

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and kitchen equipment

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Flexibility to handle on-call service and multiple locations

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude

المهام

• تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف والتهوية، والمبردات، وغيرها من المعدات

• تنظيف وضبط وفحص الآلات لضمان التشغيل السليم

• تقديم الدعم الفني والصيانة لمعدات المطبخ بما في ذلك مكيفات الهواء

• تنفيذ الصيانة الدورية لتحسين أداء الأجهزة وطول عمرها

• الاستجابة للطلبات المجدولة والطارئة

• التنسيق مع المسؤولين في المطعم لتنفيذ أو نقل مهام الصيانة بين المواقع

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأعمال الصيانة

الشروط

• خبرة عملية في أنظمة التكييف والمعدات الفنية

• قدرة على تحديد الأعطال وإصلاحها بفعالية

• مهارات جيدة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت

• الاستعداد للعمل ضمن فريق وفي مواقع مختلفة حسب الحاجة
