Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling HVAC materials? We are seeking a full-time Storekeeper to join our team in Manama. If you have at least 3 years of experience in material handling and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming HVAC materials against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Store materials properly in designated areas (raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods)

• Issue materials to production based on job order requirements, with accurate documentation

• Maintain precise inventory records and track stock movement

• Monitor minimum stock levels and communicate replenishment needs with the procurement team

• Handle non-conforming or damaged items, coordinating with quality and procurement teams

• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of sensitive HVAC ducting materials

• Conduct cycle counts and assist in full physical stock takes

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store

• Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to avoid delays

Experience Required:

المهام الرئيسية:

• استلام وفحص مواد التكييف الواردة وفق أوامر الشراء وملاحظات التسليم

• تخزين المواد بشكل منظم في الأماكن المخصصة (مواد خام، تحت التشغيل، منتجات نهائية)

• صرف المواد للإنتاج حسب أوامر العمل مع توثيق دقيق

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون وتتبع حركة المواد

• مراقبة مستويات الحد الأدنى للمخزون والتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات لإعادة التوريد

• التعامل مع المواد غير المطابقة أو التالفة بالتنسيق مع الجودة والمشتريات

• التأكد من وضع بطاقات تعريف، وفصل، وتخزين المواد الحساسة بطريقة صحيحة

• إجراء جرد دوري والمشاركة في الجرد الفعلي الكامل

• الحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة المخزن وفق معايير الصحة والسلامة المهنية

• التنسيق المستمر مع أقسام الإنتاج والمشتريات والجودة لضمان توفر المواد ومنع التأخير

1. Opportunity for Experienced Electrical Engineers – Installation & Maintenance Focus

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Engineer with solid experience in the supply, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in MEP projects. This role includes site supervision, coordination with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work aligns with project specs, safety standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on-site installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, cabling, fire alarms, and low current systems.

• Coordinate with procurement teams for the timely supply and delivery of electrical materials and equipment.

• Inspect and verify all delivered materials against approved specifications.

• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.

• Monitor site progress and ensure completion of electrical works on schedule.

• Conduct testing and commissioning of systems before project handover.

• Support maintenance operations by troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.

• Prepare daily and weekly site reports covering progress, manpower, and materials.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and internal safety policies.

• Attend site coordination meetings and collaborate with other MEP teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance within MEP projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation standards, and site procedures

• Familiar with local authority regulations and safety codes

• Proficient in reading shop drawings and electrical layouts

• Strong leadership, organizational, and troubleshooting skills

• Basic AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency

• CRPEP License or EWA License is preferred

• ضمان الالتزام التام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة وقوانين الشركة.

• حضور اجتماعات الموقع والتنسيق مع الفرق الأخرى في قسم الكهرباء والميكانيكا.

المؤهلات والمهارات

• شهادة بكالوريوس أو دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية ضمن مشاريع MEP

• معرفة ممتازة بالأنظمة الكهربائية ومعايير التركيب وإجراءات الموقع

• الإلمام باللوائح المحلية ومعايير السلامة

• القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات الكهربائية

• مهارات قوية في القيادة والتنظيم وحل المشكلات

• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office وAutoCAD (بشكل أساسي)

• يفضل الحصول على رخصة CRPEP أو EWA
