🛠️ المهام الوظيفية:

• الإشراف على اختبارات المواد واعتمادها (مثل الخرسانة، والتربة، والأسفلت، والركام، والفولاذ) وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة مثل ASTM أو BS أو AASHTO أو غيرها.

• مراجعة واعتماد تقارير الاختبار لضمان الدقة وتحمل المسؤولية المهنية.

• تحليل نتائج الاختبارات وتقديم التوصيات الهندسية المناسبة.

• تطوير وتنفيذ برامج ضبط الجودة بما يتماشى مع معيار ISO/IEC 17025 لاعتماد المختبرات.

• تدريب الفنيين والمهندسين المساعدين على إجراءات الاختبار القياسية.

• التأكد من معايرة وصيانة واستخدام معدات المختبر بشكل صحيح.

• تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية عند الحاجة لأخذ عينات أو إجراء فحوصات ميدانية.

• التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات التنظيمية بشأن نتائج الاختبارات ومتطلبات الالتزام.

• تقديم الدعم الفني في الأبحاث والتطوير، ودراسات المواد، وتحليل الأعطال عند الحاجة.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and certify materials testing (e.g., concrete, soil, asphalt, aggregates, steel) according to ASTM, BS, AASHTO, or other relevant standards.

• Review and sign off on test reports to ensure accuracy and maintain professional responsibility.

• Interpret test results and provide appropriate engineering recommendations.

• Maintain and develop quality control programs in line with ISO/IEC 17025 (laboratory accreditation).

• Train and supervise lab technicians and junior engineers in standard testing procedures.

• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and use of laboratory equipment.

• Conduct site visits when required for sampling and field inspection.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding test results and compliance.

• Provide engineering input for R&D, materials investigation, and failure analysis when necessary.
