الوصف الوظيفي:

• استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم لأماكن الجلوس.

• تقديم قائمة الطعام والرد على الاستفسارات واقتراح الخيارات المناسبة.

• تسجيل الطلبات بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (Micros).

• التواصل مع المطبخ لتوضيح الطلبات والملاحظات الخاصة.

• متابعة رضا الضيوف وتقديم المساعدة عند الحاجة.

• المحافظة على نظافة الطاولات ومنطقة الطعام.

• تطبيق إجراءات السلامة والنظافة العامة.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• اللباقة، سرعة الاستجابة، النظافة الشخصية العالية، مهارات العمل ضمن فريق، إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

1. Food & Beverage Associate

Location: Manama Capital Governorate, Bahrain

Job Summary:
The F&B Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to restaurant guests, including presenting menus, recommending items, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests upon arrival.

• Present menus and assist with recommendations.

• Take accurate orders using POS (Micros).

• Coordinate with the kitchen and clearly communicate guest requests.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly.

• Ensure guest satisfaction and provide additional assistance.

• Process payments and handle transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.

• Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations.

• Track and communicate stock shortages (e.g., linens, glassware).

• Assist with opening and closing duties.

• Take reservations, including special guest requests.

• Minimize waste and monitor inventory.

• Ensure consistent service quality.

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing assigned accounts, prospecting for new clients, increasing transient room revenue, and maintaining sales reports.

Main Tasks:

• Understand hotel operations: F&B, Guest Services, Reservations.

• Follow sales policies and SOPs.

• Achieve or exceed goals.

• Stay within the sales budget.

• Handle MOD duties and weekend office coverage.

• Prospect and follow up on leads.

• Actively solicit and maintain accounts.

• Monitor top accounts and market trends.

• Make regular sales calls and follow coverage plans.

• Conduct daily team meetings to track progress.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

• Meet clients and build strong relationships.

• Assist with special promotions and reporting.

• Be familiar with Wyndham’s selling techniques.

• Host client site inspections.

• Use sales systems to manage accounts and bookings.

• Maintain client communication and reports.

• Research and report on account performance.

• Attend trade shows and local events.

3. Spa Therapist

Job Summary:
The Spa Therapist delivers various treatments to guests, ensuring relaxation and wellness. Reports to the Spa Director and maintains high hygiene and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform massages, facials, body scrubs/wraps, etc.

• Conduct guest consultations to understand needs.

• Recommend suitable treatments and products.

• Educate guests on skincare and wellness.

• Maintain treatment room hygiene and sanitation.

• Properly clean and disinfect tools and equipment.

• Recommend and sell spa products.

• Maintain accurate treatment records.

• Prepare rooms and supplies before each treatment.

• Stay updated on spa trends and techniques.

• Participate in team meetings and training.

• Control product usage and minimize waste.

• Promote spa services and offers.

Background:
