Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Define and execute a shared services strategy in alignment with organizational goals

Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on operational improvements and support models
Operational Oversight

Manage HR, Finance & Accounting, IT & Digital, Procurement, Admin, and Facilities

Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for accountability
Process Optimization

Streamline workflows, standardize practices, and drive automation through ERP systems

Focus on cost-efficiency and service turnaround improvement
People & Culture
-
Build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and service-minded leadership

Coach and lead cross-functional teams and department heads
Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and audit-readiness standards

Oversee cost controls and risk mitigation efforts
Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business unit leaders in retail, service, leasing, and parts distribution

Serve as a single point of accountability for service delivery
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Operations, or related field
-
10–15 years of leadership in shared services or operational management
-
GCC or MENA experience strongly preferred
-
Automotive, dealership, or industrial services background a plus
-
Proven ERP/technology leadership (SAP, Oracle)
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
-
Bilingual in English and Arabic is an advantage

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو العمليات

خبرة قيادية من 10 إلى 15 سنة في خدمات الدعم أو العمليات
-
الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في دول الخليج أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط
-
خبرة في قطاع السيارات أو الخدمات الصناعية ميزة إضافية
-
مهارات قيادية في استخدام أنظمة ERP مثل SAP أو Oracle
-
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض عالية
-
إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية تعتبر ميزة

Do you have a passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disorders? REACH Behavior and Development Center is seeking a motivated and energetic Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. Located in Bahrain and founded by a BCBA, REACH is a new multidisciplinary center committed to transforming the lives of children and families. We welcome compassionate professionals who want to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities

Implement behavior support strategies including proactive interventions, reinforcement techniques, and replacement behaviors
-
Follow individualized client schedules and provide one-on-one behavioral support
-
Collaborate with therapists, technicians, and the CEO for optimal care delivery
-
Participate in team training for implementing behavior support plans and data collection
-
Assist in crisis interventions and ensure the safety and well-being of clients
-
Maintain confidentiality and support case management efforts
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
-
Experience working with children (preferred)
-
Interest in working with children with special needs (preferred)
-
Arabic speaker highly preferred; fluency in English required
-
Must maintain valid CPR certification

شهادة ثانوية أو بكالوريوس في علم النفس، التربية الخاصة أو مجال ذي صلة

يفضل من لديه خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال

يفضل من لديه اهتمام أو خبرة في التعامل مع الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة
-
يفضل المتحدثون باللغة العربية مع إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
