Data Protection Specialist

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Professional certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data protection, privacy, or a related field.
- Experience working in the Middle East & Africa regions is highly preferred.

Subject Matter Expert – Petrochemical

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science or a minimum of 10-14 years of experience in the Petrochemicals industry (operations and/or projects).
At least 5-7 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, consulting, or engineering disciplines.
Several years of experience in digital transformation or related fields (IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or management consulting).
Strong understanding of Petrochemicals Process, Optimization & latest digital technologies (data analysis, robotics, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.).
Strong understanding of energy usage, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate change impacts.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective digital transformation strategies.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Willing and able to travel throughout the regional headquarters (Middle East & Africa).

Qualifications and Experience:

Basic Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent.

Job Purpose:

Support Process Control Field Instruments (PCI) sales and business development in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Study PCI tenders & RFQs.

الغرض من الوظيفة: دعم مبيعات أدوات التحكم في العمليات [PCI] وتطوير الأعمال في المنطقة المحددة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

دراسة المناقصات والعروض الخاصة بـ PCI.
التفاوض مع الموردين من الأطراف الثالثة للحصول على أفضل العروض التقنية والتجارية.
العمل مع YHQ والمصانع الأخرى لتقديم أفضل العروض التقنية والتجارية للعملاء.
زيارة العملاء في منطقة YMA لدعم فريق المبيعات الأمامي في إتمام/إغلاق الصفقات الفنية/التجارية.
دعم في تسليم أوامر العملاء إلى قسم التوريد.
دعم فرع YMA لتحقيق ميزانية PCI السنوية.
