Job Overview

As MLWD R&M Specialist III, the role involves assisting in the development of reliability-based maintenance strategies, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance for the product line equipment. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable system and maintenance team. Additionally, you will collaborate with Repair and Maintenance Technicians to schedule the workload. The role is primarily based in the workshop, performing troubleshooting, repairs, refurbishments, implementing mandatory modifications, and executing or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools. The goal is to reduce non-productive time and improve overall field service delivery performance. The role may require you to attend a client location to perform duties whenever necessary for R&M tasks in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment, utilizing both manual and computerized methods.

• Collaborate with field personnel to provide on-site technical support and training as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools by providing feedback and insights based on field experiences.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

• Mentor and train junior technicians and other team members.

• Participate in project planning and execution, providing input on equipment selection and maintenance strategies.

• Stay updated on technological advancements in LWD systems and industry best practices.

• الإشراف على تدريب الفنيين المبتدئين وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
