1. Exciting Opportunity: Inspector Role in Bahrain for Food/Cosmetics

We are currently looking for an Inspector to be based in Bahrain who will execute inspections for Food/ Cosmetics.

Job Description

Execute inspection upon request from IC coordinator, verifying that all information provided for inspection execution is complete and allows executing inspection without problem.
Provide timely technical opinions and reports to the highest level of professionalism and accuracy.
Technical Support as per ISO/IEC 17020 / ISO/IEC17065 standards, as applicable.
Observance of inspectors’ manual (handout) and IJO for inspection execution.
On time submission of inspection report to TFS IC office, according to deadlines provided by KPI´s.
Report to Inspection Coordinator any risky information detected during the inspection process, according to risk detection guidance provided by IC management.
Take care of Security Material supplied by the IC coordinator; reporting all Security Material movement to IC Coordinator (used, damaged, and lost) for prompt registration /action.
Use standard security elements for personnel protection to ensure the execution under safety conditions.
Report to IC Coordinator any deviation of standard procedures according to inspector’s manual, IJO, SGS Policy, SGS Ethics Code, and any other mandatory document applicable to TFS.
Timely reporting to IC Coordinator of expenses related to inspection execution.

Qualifications

• University degree in science or similar technical qualification

• Experience in execution of Inspections

• Knowledge of specific product industry or technician/professional level is an advantage

• Good communication skills

• Fluent in English and any other languages is an advantage

وصف الوظيفة

تنفيذ التفتيش عند طلب من منسق الفحص، مع التأكد من أن جميع المعلومات المقدمة لتنفيذ التفتيش كاملة وتسمح بتنفيذ الفحص دون مشاكل.
تقديم آراء وتقارير فنية في الوقت المحدد بمستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية والدقة.
الدعم الفني وفقًا لمعايير ISO/IEC 17020 / ISO/IEC17065، حسب الاقتضاء.
الالتزام بدليل المفتشين (النشرة) وIJO لتنفيذ التفتيش.
تقديم تقرير التفتيش إلى مكتب منسق الفحص في الوقت المحدد، وفقًا للموعد النهائي المحدد بواسطة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPI).
إبلاغ منسق الفحص بأي معلومات خطرة تم اكتشافها أثناء عملية التفتيش، وفقًا لإرشادات الكشف عن المخاطر المقدمة من إدارة الفحص.
العناية بالمواد الأمنية التي يوفرها منسق الفحص؛ مع الإبلاغ عن جميع حركات المواد الأمنية إلى منسق الفحص (المستخدمة، التالفة، والمفقودة) للتسجيل الفوري / اتخاذ الإجراءات.
استخدام العناصر الأمنية القياسية لحماية الأفراد لضمان التنفيذ في ظروف أمان.
إبلاغ منسق الفحص عن أي انحراف عن الإجراءات القياسية وفقًا لدليل المفتشين، وIJO، وسياسة SGS، ومدونة أخلاقيات SGS، وأي وثيقة إلزامية أخرى تنطبق على TFS.
التقارير في الوقت المحدد إلى منسق الفحص بشأن المصاريف المتعلقة بتنفيذ التفتيش.

المؤهلات

• درجة جامعية في العلوم أو مؤهل تقني مشابه

• خبرة في تنفيذ عمليات التفتيش

• المعرفة بالصناعة أو المستوى المهني للمنتجات المحددة ميزة إضافية

• مهارات تواصل جيدة

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية وأي لغات أخرى ميزة إضافية
