Job Description:

A Purchasing Supervisor orders supplies, equipment, and materials from reputable suppliers in the market. They assess, select, and build relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for goods and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for purchasing the main materials, supplies, goods, machines, and related equipment both locally and internationally.

• Analyze and select suppliers based on requirements.

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Evaluate bids and negotiate current market prices.

Job Description:

• Maintains a guest-focused approach while performing duties.

• Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of guests’ experiences.

• Takes orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.

• Prepares and serves various coffee and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard drink recipes.

• Learns the names of and personally recognizes regular customers.

• Accurately records drink orders into the register system immediately after receipt.

• Washes and sterilizes glassware.

• Prepares garnishes for drinks and replenishes snacks for bar patrons.

• Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and beverage promotion.
