Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a sales team to meet targets

• Manage daily sales operations and monitor performance

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients

• Execute promotional strategies and ensure market presence

• Analyze sales data and suggest improvements

Requirements

• Bahraini nationality is a must

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail

نبحث عن مرشح بحريني لديه شغف بالمبيعات والقيادة للانضمام إلى قسم Mars التابع لـ BMMI. ستكون مسؤولاً عن قيادة فريق وتحقيق أهداف النمو وتوسيع الحضور في السوق.

المهام الوظيفية

• قيادة فريق المبيعات وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة

• إدارة العمليات اليومية ومتابعة الأداء

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء الأساسيين

• تنفيذ استراتيجيات ترويجية فعّالة

• تحليل البيانات وتقديم اقتراحات لتحسين الأداء

الشروط

• الجنسية البحرينية شرط أساسي

• خبرة مثبتة في مجال المبيعات، ويفضّل في السلع الاستهلاكية أو التجزئة

• مهارات قيادية واتصال فعّالة

• القدرة على تحليل بيانات السوق
