Financial Analyst | Bahraini Diversified Business Group | BD 500 - BD 700/Month
We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Analyst to support group-level reporting, consolidation, and planning activities for a well-established diversified business group in Bahrain. If you have a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, this role will give you the opportunity to impact key business decisions and enhance financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
📊 Financial Reporting – Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
📈 Data Validation & Analysis – Gather and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform variance analysis and track financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and previous periods.
💼 Group Consolidation – Reconcile intercompany balances, facilitate eliminations in group consolidation, and support month-end and year-end processes.
📉 Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and the development of financial models to guide management decisions.
🔍 Compliance & Controls – Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
📑 Reporting & Presentation – Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and board-level meetings, and coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary financial documentation.
The Ideal Candidate
🎓 Education – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
🧑🎓 Certifications – Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous.
💼 Experience – 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, or accounting, ideally within the manufacturing, FMCG, or agriculture sectors. Experience in a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
💻 Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and financial modeling). Knowledge of SAP ERP is preferred.
🔍 Competencies – Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.

📊 التقارير المالية – دعم إعداد البيانات المالية الموحدة الشهرية، ربع السنوية، والسنوية.
📈 التحقق من البيانات والتحليل – جمع والتحقق من البيانات المالية لضمان دقتها وكمالها. إجراء تحليل الفروق وتتبع الأداء المالي مقارنة بالميزانيات والتوقعات والفترات السابقة.
💼 التوحيد الجماعي – تسوية أرصدة الشركات التابعة وتسهيل الإلغاءات في توحيد المجموعة ودعم عمليات الإغلاق في نهاية الشهر والسنة.
📉 إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات – المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية والتوقعات وتطوير النماذج المالية لدعم قرارات الإدارة.
🔍 الامتثال والرقابة – ضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS، والرقابة الداخلية، والمتطلبات التنظيمية الخارجية.
📑 التقارير والعروض التقديمية – إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية للإدارة العليا واجتماعات مجلس الإدارة، والتنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين لتوفير الوثائق المالية اللازمة.
المرشح المثالي
🎓 التعليم – درجة بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
🧑🎓 الشهادات المهنية – الشهادات مثل CPA أو ACCA أو CMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
💼 الخبرة – 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في التقارير المالية أو التحليل المالي أو المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاعات التصنيع أو FMCG أو الزراعة. الخبرة في شركات التدقيق من Big 4 تعد ميزة.
💻 المهارات – إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel (بما في ذلك الجداول المحورية والنمذجة المالية). المعرفة بنظام SAP ERP مفضلة.
