 FRAUD DETECTION OFFICER

MAIN DUTIES

Scrutinize travel documents of all passengers of selected nationalities, traveling to or via selected countries in order to identify stolen, expired, forged and fraudulently presented travel documents of all types and descriptions. The objective being to detect and intercept prospective illegal immigrants, facilitators and their smugglers.

Conduct discreet profiling of passengers from suspected points of origin or from particular regions with a view to identifying imposters and substitutes. (To be achieved through the employment of special questioning techniques, together with interpersonal and language skills).

Use the system provided, scan the image of travel document carried by passengers, check for any fraud documents, and communicate with various agencies involved, across the world.

Provide advice and guidance to check-in staff and to staff from other stations and to make decisions on whether to accept or reject the travel documents (passport, identity cards, visa, and tickets) of suspected passengers. To facilitate the offloading of suspect passengers and their baggage and to ensure correct reconciliation.

Work closely with Immigration, Consular and Embassy officials at station to maximize co-operation in identifying the suspected travelers joining or transferring at station.

Maintain close and regular contact with other embassy and consular representatives of countries at destination to identify forged and fraudulent documents. Establish and maintain familiarity with individual government regulations regarding dual nationalities etc. Exchange intelligence information regarding movements, behavior and manner of traveling of illegal immigrants and their smugglers.

LICENCED AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER CAT B1 OR B2

Main Duties

 Perform Routine & Non Routine maintenance on Companys fleets & Third party aircraft as per BCAA Regulations & Company Requirements. Supervise assigned Technicians whilst performing their duties. Certify for all work perfomed

 He is required to obtain company certification authorization to qualify him to certify routine & non routine maintenace tasks on company fleets within the scope of his company approval.

 Whenever required he will obtain the required certification authorization to certify work perfomed on third Party aircrafts.

 Perform duties when deemed necessary at short notice accompany aircraft for the purposes of carrying out routine & non – routine maintenance tasks.

 Perform any task operationally deemed necessary to maintain the fleet in an airworthy condition.

 Attend training as per company requirements, sit company technical boards for obtaining Aircraft Type Certification.

 Whenever required by the company to perform technical representation at facilities outside the home base.

FLIGHT COORDINATOR

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Aviation, Logistics, Emergency Planning, or other fields related to the job requirements.

Entry without a degree will only be considered if extensive relevant pre-entry experience or a related professional qualification exists.

Minimum Experience: Fresh Graduate in Aviation Industry, or Logistics or 2 year's experience in a relevant / similar job background.

OPERATOR - CAR PARK

Key Accountabilities

Accurate collection of car parking fees

Provision of excellent customer care and information to customers

Excellent knowledge of customer relationship and service to BIA car park customers

Notify the Technicians when there is problem with the parking system.

Monitor car park security conditions.

Reports any hazards or maintenance requirements immediately to the Facility Manager

Maintain Cleanliness of the booth

Manage car park operations in the absence of the shift supervisor.

Manning locations in the car park

Supervising taxi drivers and monitoring pickup operations.

Sufficient knowledge of controlling parking at entrances and Exits through CPMS (Car park management system)

Opening and closing the parking lots if they are full and directing the customer to other alternative parking spaces.

Assist Shift In charge in ensuring all Car park are available for passenger’s use.

AGENT - HOSPITALITY SERVICES

Key Accountabilities

Meet, greet, and assist passengers, and aid from arrival to their onward transportation, or in case of departing passenger, from curbside to the boarding gate.

Arrange bookings for Hala Bahrain services from the customer service desks in the arrival and departure halls.

Provide Hala Bahrain Services in compliance with the operating policies and procedures to ensure high quality service delivery.

Be aware of all information related to Hala Bahrain service offering and provide timely and adequate information to passengers as per their inquiry.

Cross-sell and/or up-sell services to passengers.

Operate office equipment such as air-to-ground radio, airport access control, computers, and phones as and when required.

Maintain and update records, MIS, and/or databases of passengers, customers interactions and transactions, feedback, etc.
