Details

We are seeking a candidate with deep knowledge of AutoCAD and proven experience in drafting for ELV systems, including CCTV, Fire Alarm, BMS, GRMS, Access Control, and more. A basic understanding of these systems is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings for installation

• Draft working drawings, wiring diagrams, and connection specifications to guide the installation crew

• Ensure system designs comply with international codes and local regulations

• Collaborate with engineers to gather design data

• Update drawings based on client feedback and project requirements

• Prepare technical submittals for client approval

• Liaise with the Sales and Project teams for design and drawing clarifications

• Draft compliance statements in line with project specifications

• Perform design and hydraulic/gas flow calculations

• Estimate and prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project inquiries

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Division Head
