المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة بكالوريوس في التسويق أو الأعمال أو الضيافة أو المواضيع ذات الصلة، أو للخريجين الجدد من المدارس.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة.

• لا يشترط خبرة عملية سابقة، ولكن يفضل وجود خبرة.

• خبرة في بيع منتجات العلامات التجارية الدولية تعتبر ميزة.

• القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق مع سجل مثبت للعمل بشكل مستقل مع المواعيد النهائية.

• سرعة التعلم.

• معرفة أساسية في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Job Title:

E-com Coordinator / Digital Marketing Analyst (Full-time / Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between online customers, logistics, and retail sales teams to manage incoming orders and ensure timely dispatch.

• Participate directly in content planning and website maintenance.

• Support building and maintaining relationships with marketplaces and vendors involved with the ongoing operations of the online webstore.

• Assist the brand team in managing content for international marketplaces and logistics vendors.

• Daily data entry and content mapping.

• Provide customer support and communications across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, and phone support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related fields, or open to school leavers.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• No prior work experience required, but it’s an advantage.

• Experience in selling international brands is a plus.

• Team player with proven ability to work independently with deadlines.
