Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects, including materials, labor, staff, and equipment costs.
- Analyze project specifications and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Perform quantity take-offs from HVAC design drawings and obtain supplier quotations.
- Develop detailed cost estimates, including equipment, installation materials, and labor.
- Use estimation software and tools like Candy, AutoCAD, and HAP.
- Identify project risks and raise RFIs to clarify missing information.
- Collaborate with Estimation Managers, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide complete solutions for MEP coordination, including design engineering guidance and reviews.

- Identify and submit MEP variations in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor.
