Automobile Mechanic (Experienced)

• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in various vehicle makes and models.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
  3. Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and safety checks.
  4. Use diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques to identify problems.
  5. Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems.
  6. Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper functionality.
  7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
  8. Achieve set labor targets and strive for Fix It Right First Time (FIRFT) in all jobs.
  9. Coordinate with Service Advisors and Supervisors as needed.
  10. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Qualifications:
  1. National Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Motor Vehicle Technology, or Automobile Engineering.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic.
  3. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and proper use of tools and equipment.
  4. Familiarity with various automotive systems and repair procedures.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

مطلوب ميكانيكي سيارات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في البحرين

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. تشخيص وإصلاح المشكلات الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، والإلكترونية في أنواع وأحجام مختلفة من المركبات.
2. أداء المهام الروتينية مثل تغيير الزيت، استبدال الفلاتر، وفحص السوائل.
3. إجراء فحوصات شاملة للسيارات والتأكد من سلامتها.
4. استخدام معدات التشخيص وتقنيات استكشاف الأخطاء لإصلاح المشكلات.
5. إصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء التالفة مثل المحركات، النقل، المكابح، وأنظمة التوجيه.
6. قيادة السيارات لاختبار الإصلاحات والتأكد من وظائفها بشكل صحيح.
7. الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للأنشطة الخاصة بالصيانة والإصلاحات.
8. تحقيق أهداف العمل المحددة والحرص على تحقيق الأداء الجيد من المرة الأولى في جميع الأعمال.
9. التنسيق مع مستشاري الخدمة والمشرفين حسب الحاجة.
10. متابعة آخر التقنيات والإصلاحات في مجال السيارات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

1. دبلوم وطني في التكنولوجيا الميكانيكية أو تكنولوجيا السيارات.
2. خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات كميكانيكي سيارات.
3. معرفة قوية بتشخيص السيارات واستخدام الأدوات والمعدات بشكل صحيح.
4. الإلمام بأنظمة السيارات المختلفة وإجراءات الإصلاح.
5. مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل.
6. القدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة.
