Job Purpose:

The Retail Banking Direct Sales Agent is responsible for driving the sales of retail banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, credit cards, and loans. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals. The agent will work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's retail banking segment. Additionally, they will promote, educate, and assist customers with retail banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Promotion:

   • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
   • Actively promote and sell retail banking products to prospective customers via various channels (face-to-face, telemarketing, events, etc.).

2. Customer Acquisition:

   • Identify and approach potential customers to open new accounts or take up banking products.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

4. Product Knowledge:

   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail banking products and services. Educate customers on the benefits and features of the products.

5. Sales Targets:

   • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

6. Market Research:

   • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and customer needs.

7. Compliance:

   • Ensure all sales activities comply with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulations.

8. Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or a diploma with proven experience in a sales leadership role.

Experience:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
