- Responsible for the recruitment, maintenance, and management of local agencies and anchor/hosts responsible for their income results.
- Closely monitor trends/updates of competitive apps and propose relevant info/reports in a timely manner.
- Manage onboarded agencies and hosts daily, providing activity/income guidance, training, and offering timely feedback and solutions to encountered problems.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of work experience or more, with direct/relevant work experience in related apps/platforms.
- Able to recruit agencies/hosts effectively with solid and wide range of agency/host resources.
- Good communication skills and English communication skills, proactive and responsible; result-oriented.
- Candidates with direct resources/work experience in similar apps preferred.
