Labour Supervisor Position at DCC Cleaning Contracting W.L.L

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Labour Supervisor located in Bahrain. The Labour Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Daily tasks include assigning duties, monitoring work progress, conducting inspections, managing schedules, and providing training to new employees. The Labour Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in supervising and managing blue-collar cleaning staff, including assignment of duties and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, eco-friendly products, and safety standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to train and guide staff
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the cleaning industry is advantageous
• Hindi & English required

Salary:
BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month
