Sales Manager - Paint & Chemical Industry
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across local markets and project sectors in the paint and chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets, track performance, and identify business opportunities.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor sales and technical teams, set performance goals, and foster a high-performance culture.
Technical Product Management: Maintain product knowledge, collaborate on new developments, support certifications, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer retention.
Project Business Development: Lead large-scale project opportunities, develop proposals, and track project pipelines.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet regulatory standards, maintain certifications, and manage quality control.
