We are seeking an experienced Electrical QC Engineer to join our highly qualified and knowledgeable quality controls team in one of our major projects in Bahrain. Roles & Responsibilities
- Review all submittals, including technical and material submittals.
- Assist the QC manager in all activities related to the 3-phase inspection process for electrical activities.
- Monitor all phases and processes required for the effective completion of electrical works, including design, procurement, construction, and final handover.
- Ensure implementation of Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, and maintain timely records of all electrical works.
- Manage the inspection and testing of electrical works, monitoring QC Inspectors' work under your authority.
- Monitor punch list closeout for incomplete electrical works.
- Ensure that all electrical testing instruments are functional and calibrated.
- Witness, review, and approve welder qualifications, WPS, and PQR qualifications.
- Liaise and coordinate with 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Companies for electrical works.
- Perform statistical analysis and evaluation of test data.
- Prepare, file, and maintain test/inspection records related to electrical works.
- Assist construction personnel in identifying and resolving non-conformances.
- Advise the QC Manager on non-conformance occurrences, raise Non-conformance Reports, and monitor corrective actions.
- Witness all NDT and electrical testing, including hydro and pneumatic testing.
- Attend Client verification of work and coordinate the closeout of any outstanding issues.
- Assist in preparing final certification documents and systems commissioning.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Quaifications and Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a quality control electrical engineer, with experience in mega projects (US Army projects preferred).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a self-learner.

- مشاهدة ومراجعة واعتماد مؤهلات اللحام وWPS وPQR.
- التنسيق مع شركات الفحص/الاختبار التابعة للطرف الثالث حسب الحاجة.
- إجراء التحليل الإحصائي وتقييم بيانات الاختبار المتعلقة بالأعمال الكهربائية.
- إعداد وحفظ سجلات الاختبار/الفحص وأي سجلات جودة أخرى مرتبطة بالأعمال الكهربائية.
- مساعدة فرق البناء في تحديد وحل المشكلات غير المطابقة.
- إبلاغ مدير الجودة حول حالات عدم المطابقة ورفع تقرير عدم المطابقة إذا لزم الأمر، ومراقبة إغلاق التصحيحات.
- حضور جميع اختبارات NDT واختبارات الكهرباء، بما في ذلك اختبار الهيدروليك والهواء المضغوط.
- حضور تحقق العميل من الأعمال والتنسيق لإغلاق أي قضايا متبقية.
- المساعدة في إعداد المستندات النهائية للتوثيق والأنظمة.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات والخبرة
- المؤهل: درجة بكاليريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات كمهندس مراقبة جودة كهربائية مع خبرة في المشاريع الكبرى (يفضل مع خبرة في مشاريع الجيش الأمريكي).
- المهارات: مهارات تواصل ممتازة، مهارات تنظيمية، وقادر على التعلم الذاتي.
