What does the role involve?
As an Account Manager, you’ll be visiting our customers, wherever they’re busy working, to find out how we can help them. You could find yourself on construction sites, in offices, and in warehouses.
This role is based on professional, consultative selling and it’s a really hands-on job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry while selling our state-of-the-art software, services, and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. This is not about traditional cold calling; it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
Our Professional Sales Onboarding Program prepares all new sales employees ideally for their job in the first few months, which includes several weeks of training and individual coaching on the job.

What you need:
- Bahraini national (to comply with the Bahrainization initiative).
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of professional/technical sales experience.
- Experience in building construction or a similar industry.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships.
- Target-oriented and determined to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Persuasive, sales-driven, customer-focused, and a team player.
- Proficient communicator in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
- Valid Driver’s License.

ما تحتاجه:
- الجنسية البحرينية (للامتثال لمبادرة البحرنة).
- درجة بكاليروس (درجة هندسية ميزة إضافية).
- حد أدنى من سنتين من الخبرة المهنية/التقنية في المبيعات.
- خبرة في البناء أو في صناعة مشابهة.
- القدرة على الازدهار سواء بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق.
- قدرة مثبتة على تطوير علاقات عملاء نشطة.
- قدرة على تحقيق الأهداف باستمرار وتجاوزها.
- تفكير موجه نحو الحلول مع مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات قوية.
- مهارات إدارة وقت ممتازة.
- القدرة على الإقناع، مدفوعة بالمبيعات، تركز على العملاء، وعضو فريق.
- القدرة على التواصل باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (كتابةً وشفهيًا).
- رخصة قيادة سارية.
