About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance & Overhaul Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide variety of equipment, including diesel engines, hydraulic machinery, pumping equipment, and lifting equipment, ensuring smooth operations on-site and at the workshop.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with line management, following instructions as required.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition, minimizing breakdowns.
- Diagnose issues and determine the cause of equipment failures or breakdowns.
- Request spare parts and equipment and maintain consumption records, forecasting future requirements.
- Ensure that all site events and information are logged accurately and handed over to the Foreman.
- Assist the Workshop Manager, Site Supervisor, Foreman, and other mechanics as necessary.
- Ensure knowledge and implementation of basic HSE procedures and report any unsafe acts or conditions.
- Perform and supervise major overhauls of equipment at the workshop.
- Provide technical advice to mechanics and other technicians at the workshop.
- Lead and supervise engine overhauls.
- Support mechanics with troubleshooting and repairs, both in the workshop and on-site.
- Monitor repairs and ensure they follow the schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Technical certificate in Auto Mechanics or a high school diploma with specialized training.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a similar role within a Geotechnical Organization or related field.
- Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.

المؤهلات والخبرة
- المؤهل: شهادة فنية في ميكانيكا السيارات أو شهادة الثانوية مع تدريب متخصص.
- الخبرة: 8-10 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مشابه داخل منظمة جيولوجية أو بيئة عمل مماثلة.
- اللغة: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، كتابة ومحادثة.

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper working conditions of electrical equipment, auto electrical systems, and other devices at sites and workshops. Your role will involve maintaining equipment in excellent working condition and addressing any issues that may arise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow instructions from the workshop supervisor and line managers.
- Adhere strictly to Keller’s HSEQ Policy requirements and customer standards during duty hours.
- Before any major repairs or maintenance, review relevant electrical drawings and work accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of electrical equipment and communicate these to workshop management.
- Plan and schedule periodic maintenance and service to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain a history file of electrical equipment, including inspection records and test reports.
- Repair generators, panel boards, pumps, and motors as needed, ensuring all safety devices are functioning properly.
- Order necessary spare parts and electronic devices in advance, and maintain records of receiving and consumption.
- Train new employees and supervise them during their work.
- Comply with IMS procedures, operational control procedures, Keller’s safety standards, customer requirements, and any legal requirements.
- Attend all HSEQ-related training sessions and continuously update your knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification: Technical certificate in Electrical or High School with specialized training.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within a Geotechnical Organization or similar working environment.
- Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Communication and Relationships
- Internal: Workshop Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, Foreman & Safety Officers
- External: Logistic service providers, Safety & Certification authorities
Accountability and Dimensions
You are responsible for the quality and safe operation of electrical equipment, machinery, and appliances under Keller management. You must ensure safe working conditions for both owned and hired equipment.
Authority
You are authorized to inspect electrical equipment, machinery, and appliances under your control. If any equipment is deemed unsafe, you have the authority to stop the job or disable the equipment.
